How long will it take for my order to get shipped?

TAT varies depending on volume of orders. All orders will be sent out within 7 business days (not including Sunday since mail does not run then). Most within 5 business days. If I am not able to meet this TAT for some reason such as a family emergency or the printer being down, I will send out an email explaining what is going on and the new estimated TAT. If you are needing your order by a certain date, please contact me before purchasing so we can ensure the order will get to you on time.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. All orders will receive tracking unless you have multiple orders that have combined shipping. Then you will see one order with the tracking information and be notified that the other(s) have been completed. Tracking information will be sent via email. Please check your junk mail and make sure you are allowing emails from me. You can also track your order using the Shop app. If you have a question or can't find the email, please feel free to reach out to me.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If you believe your package is lost or you received it damages, please contact me within 48 hours. If it is damaged, I will need a picture of the damage, inside and outside of the package, and the shipping label to start a claim with shipping provider. If it is lost, I will check the tracking and if the package hasn't moved in 5 days, I will start a claim with the shipping provider. Refunds will be sent if the items are no longer in stock to resend.

What if my package is going to the wrong address?

To ensure this doesn't happen, please double check the address at the time of purchase or email me with the correct address before I send out. Once the order has been shipped, I am not responsible for packages getting delivered to the wrong supplied address. Once the package has been returned back to sender, you will be responsible for the payment of another shipping label to send it to the correct address or a refund will be sent to you for the items you ordered, not including the shipping cost.

Application and USE

Can I wash my cup with a UV DTF wrap?

Yes, but hand wash only. Do no put in the dishwasher, soak in water, or use an abrasive sponge on the decal. I am not responsible for misuse of wraps.

What surfaces can we add a UV DTF wrap to?

Wraps are ideal for smooth, hard surfaces such as glass, acrylic, metal, plastic, and wood.

How do I apply UV DTF wraps?

How to apply:

1. Use a squeegee on front and back before use.

2. Trim any excess material to your liking.

3. Thoroughly clean the surface and allow to fully dry.

4. Place blank (cup, pen, etc.) on a flat surface or cup holder.

5. Peel back and cut a small section of the backing. Or peel all of the back off if preferred.

6. Squeegee the film down, working from the center outwards, pushing out any air bubbles while peeling the back away.

7. The more rubbing the better.

8. Carefully and slowly peel the film off.

Do you take custom orders?

Currently, I can take custom orders if you have the PNG file for the wrap you are wanting. You can also let me know the theme of wrap you're looking for and I can send you options to see if you like any of them. I will make an announcement once I am able to create exclusive wraps.
