Shipping policy

  • Processing time is 1-4 business days. For bulk orders, 3-5 business days.
  • Double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We will not be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address. In the case that a package is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address, you will need to pay shipping again in order for us to reship it back to you. 
  • All orders will be shipped by USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be sent via email. Please check your spam folders to be sure you are accepting our e-mails.
  • We are NOT responsible for shipping delays. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for what happens. 
  • We are NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages.
  • If an item comes damaged or gets lost, please email MadKatKreations320@gmail.com, pictures of the damaged item, your shipping label, pictures of the outside and inside of the shipping box. We will file a claim on our end and either refund or replace the item, if supplies are still available, once the claim has been processed.
